Directions for use:
Shake well before each use to ensure that the product’s two phases are properly mixed. Generously saturate a cotton pad with Bi-Phase Prime Formula Remover and carefully wipe it over the closed eyelid and lashes until makeup is thoroughly removed. Repeat for each eye using a fresh pad.
CAUTION: Ensure that Bi-Phase Prime Formula Remover does not enter the eyes!
Storage:
Bi-Phase Prime Formula Remover should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
